Adventures Unbound offers adults with disabilities the chance to explore new places and try new experiences, all while promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Our programs include both day and overnight trips. Every trip is designed to accommodate individuals with varying levels of functionality.
Our dedicated staff and volunteers handle all the logistics and care, allowing families to relax and entrust their loved ones to the capable hands of Adventures Unbound.
OUR MISSION
Adventures Unbound is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization that provides supervised travel opportunities for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, enhancing independence and quality of life while offering respite to families and caregivers.
HOW IT WORKS
Trained caregivers accompany travelers on every trip, offering the necessary care and supervision. With a caregiver to traveler ratio of 1:3, parents and guardians can take a well-deserved break while their loved ones embark on a safe, secure and exciting adventure.
Families can relax knowing that their loved ones are in capable hands, reassured that their adults with disabilities have the opportunity to explore new places and create meaningful experiences.
